Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Processing Time: 3–7 business days

Shipping Partner: Reputed national logistics services (Shiprocket)

Shipping Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery Policy

Our estimated delivery timeline is within 14 working days from the date of order dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and external factors (weather conditions, holidays, etc.). 

We offer free delivery on orders above INR. 4999.

Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At House of Svaha, every product is handcrafted with care. 

Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or manufacturing defects. Returns are only eligible in cases of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, with supporting images of the defect in the product, and reported to Houseofsvaha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges will be subject to availability of stock. If the desired size is not available, a gift card will be provided.

To cancel your order, please reach out to houseofsvaha@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order with us for a smooth cancellation process.

Please Note: The delivery fees of INR. 100 will not be returned in case of returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as a gift card (please note that delivery fee of INR. 100 will not be returned in case of return based gift card), which can be used for future purchases. Refunds will not be provided for delays due to logistics, holidays, or unforeseen conditions.
