1. What is House of Svaha?

House of Svaha is a women-led, homegrown fashion label that blends traditional Indian embroidery with modern western silhouettes. Every piece is handmade to bring elegance, culture, and comfort into your wardrobe.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges only in the case of a size issue or a manufacturing defect.

Please email us at houseofsvaha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

All approved return or exchange requests will be eligible for a store credit (gift card) worth the product amount. However, an additional fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

We advise the customers to read through our policies for further information.

3. What is your delivery timeline?

Processing Time: 3–7 working days

Delivery Time: 10–14 working days post dispatch.
As our pieces are handcrafted, we appreciate your patience during this time.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

5. How will I receive my order tracking details?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can also log in to your customer account to track your order status.

6. What happens after I return a product?

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a return and as the product is received in proper condition, you will receive a House of Svaha gift card worth the approved return value (excluding ₹100 processing fee). This gift card can be used on your next purchase.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing your order and cancellation will not be possible.
